Inspired by the playful and colorful nature of Duncan’s body of work, you can become part of the art and join the display, when you #wearitbright. Your brightest cocktail attire and most creative fashion is requested to make this night a truly immersive experience. Bright Night includes culinary delights by Juniper Green, a craft cocktail bar curated by celebrity mixologist Rob Floyd, and a few surprises.

The work of nationally-renowned Nashville artist Duncan McDaniel includes a wide range of painting, drawing, public art and site-specific installations. Through this multi-disciplinary practice, Duncan promotes an awareness of place using light, color, sculptural design elements, and playful interaction.

The mission of the Conservancy is to preserve, enhance, and share Centennial Park and the Parthenon. We are proud to provide support for these enriching Metro Parks programs while also presenting accessible and inclusive Musicians Corner, Kidsville and Nashville Earth Day events.
