The Conservancy is proud to announce Chef's Odyssey, a new series of educational culinary journeys where a Master Chef joins forces with Master Foodie Mara Papatheodorou to present guests with a unique tasting dinner highlighting the flavors, flair, and facts of the chosen delectable theme and its traditions.

You are invited to join our first educational culinary journey Bee My Honey at Lockeland Table on Wednesday, April 3 and Thursday, April 4 at 6:30 PM. This multi-course tasting dinner with wine, features owner and award-winning Master Chef Hal M. Holden-Bache, a James Beard nominee, and Tastes & Traditions Expert Mara Papatheodorou. Together, they’ll buzz into spring by highlighting the magic of honey in all of its savory and sweet dimensions. As an added bonus, Honeybee Specialist, Jay Williams of Williams Honey Farm, will tell the tale of honeybee and the vital difference it makes to our world and environment.

The Bee My Honey Tasting Dinner will take place at Lockeland Table held on April 3 and April 4 at 6:30 PM. UPDATE: Thurs., April 4 is now SOLD OUT. Cost is $75 per person and includes two glasses of wine. Seats are limited and reservations can be made by calling Lockeland Table at 615.228.4864.
