Join us on Friday, June 4 from 2 PM to 4 PM for “Birds of a Feather” - a celebration of Black Birders Week outside the Parthenon entrance on the ellipse lawn. The event will feature a story, birding walk, and take-home activity kits! Black Birders Week celebrates Black nature enthusiasts and was created to raise awareness of the racism experienced by Black birders — and encourage diversity in birding and conservation.
