2014 GALA - DESIGNS IN ELEGANCE

Our fifth annual Conservancy Gala was indeed a night to celebrate!

Gala Co-Chairs Beth Fortune and Debbie Turner created an unforgettable party to benefit the Parthenon and Centennial Park. Guests arrived on a blustery November evening and were greeted by truly elegant decor by Mike Whitler of Branches. Performances by a high wire walker were offered during the lively Cocktail Hour - the graceful aerialist walked a tightrope in stilettos and en pointe. Dinner by Johnny Haffner was heavenly, from lobster bisque and tenderloin to frozen chocolate amaretto souffle. Immediately following dinner, the crowd swooned over a stellar performance by world-renowned electric violinist Tracy Silverman. It was a perfectly magical, elegant evening.

Along with Honorary Chair Clare Armistead and the Gala Committee, our signature fundraiser was full of sizzle. Each year promises to be stylish, unpredictable, and fun. Thank you to our generous Gala supporters. Bravo again to Beth and Debbie.
